BEHIND CLOSED BLINDS - handmade from old broken blinds in my bedroom!

This artwork started long before I picked up a paintbrush.

The canvas isn’t linen. It isn’t cotton.
Instead of throwing the blinds away, I cut every strip by hand, stretched them into a canvas, and built this piece from materials that had already lived a life.

Every mark is freehand. Every layer is intentional. Every scratch, drip and line is part of its history.

I don’t just paint pictures. I reinvent forgotten things.
