It was rebuilt.

Over the past year I filled canvases with experiments, mistakes, breakthroughs, bad ideas, good ideas and the messy process of learning how to become an artist.

Instead of throwing those early works away, I cut them apart.

Every fragment in this piece comes from a painting that once stood on its own. Pieces of failure. Pieces of growth. Pieces of obsession. Pieces of becoming.

Layered, torn, stapled, sprayed, stitched and reassembled into something entirely new.

RECYLED DAMAGE is about the beauty of not starting over.

It’s about carrying your scars, your history and your mistakes forward and turning them into something stronger than the original.

Nothing wasted.
Nothing hidden.
Everything repurposed.
